Recipie: Salsa Party Chicken

Yep, I named it what I wanted because frankly it is my own recipe that I made up on my own, and is always a crowd pleaser at party's. It's Salsa Party Chicken man, and it is the easiest most delicious dish to make.
What you will need....
2 jars of Salsa, or one huge jar from costcos.
A pound of chicken
Shredded mozzarella and sharp cheese. About a cup worth.
Half a cup of sour cream
You will need a large rectangular pan about 12 inches long, and 2 inches deep.
Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, or strips. However you want honestly, it really does not matter.
Pour one jar of salsa into the pan and spread it around
Next take the cut chicken and place it around the pan, and cover it with the second jar of salsa.
Sprinkle the 2 different cheeses on top
Place it in the oven and let it cook for about an hour. You can set the oven to a lower number for more tender chicken pieces.
Once the chicken is cooked throughout it should be so tender that it will melt in your mouth. Delish! Before you begin eating though, plop a few spoon fulls of the sour cream into the pan. Serve! You can use the leftover salsa and cheese for a tortilla dip.
This is one of my favorite dishes to serve, and everyone always compliments on it. It's like dinner and an after snack in one. Enjoy!
