During hot summer months the last thing a girl wants to do is sit in
front of a mirror, sweating her butt of as she attempts to style her
hair with a bunch of heat producing hair tools!
I mean you can if you want to, but the sweat produced at the back of
your neck is likely to cause those with longer hair styles to kink up
and frizz out. It's best sometimes to just leave things be, and work
with simple hair products, and hair accessories to keep hair looking
manageable, while still looking put together and trendy.
The Simple Pull Back Pony Tail
Nothing is simpler than this one ladies, and it does not take a genius to figure out how to obtain such a simple style.
What's great about pulling your hair back into a simple pony tail is
that it is a style that has yet to go out of style. If you want to
quickly add some trend to the simple pony tail you can purchase new
Bumpits, which will add a fast and stylish bump to the top of your head.
Overall styling time- under 1 minute!
Not everyone has straight perfect hair though, so letting frizzy hair
hang down in a pony tail will not only look sloppy, but it will feel
sloppy too.
For those of you with thick hair, the best quick and simple hair style
for the summer would be to pull your hair back, and part it to the
side. You can even use some hair spray to hold the frizz down at your
head. Next tie the back of your hair in a simple bun, or half pony tail.
It is your choice on whether the bun hangs very low at your neck, up high, or to the side as seen here,
worn by Selena Gomez. It is simple, looks elegant, and styling time is
around 2-3 minutes depending on how long/frizzy your hair is.
Using headbands made of either plastic or cloth also can pull a quick
look together. You can wear your hair down and pair it up with a
headband, or you can add a bun as described above, paired with a
headband. The band will keep hair out of your face, and keep your hair
in place. It's a nice summer look, and it will also keep you cool.
Styling time- Under 1 minute.
For those of you who want quick shine added to your hair, you can use
high beam glossers to do the trick. A quick shot of the spray to your
locks, and your hair will shine with a mirror like finish. Shine
products from Got2b are amongst my favorites, and I recommend this one.
Other easy styles include using standard barrette's to pull back hair
from the face, or using hair clips. Small accessories go a long way, and
make it appear that you took more time styling your hair, than you
really did.
